With over 12 years of experience in the dietetic field, I find it most rewarding to assist individuals in making behavioural changes and to empower them to make informed choices that align with their overall mental and physical well-being. My practice aligns with the nutrition principles of Health at Every Size (HAES), which advocate a healthy relationship with food, promote self-care, body positivity and the intrinsic value of nourishing oneself without the constraints of diet culture.
I approach the treatment of patients with a commitment to equality and respect for their human dignity, irrespective of their cultural, ethnic, or religious background.
